Old building collapses in Mumbai; No one injured

Mumbai : An old building of the state capital collapsed on Friday in south Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Road area. However, there was no human loss because of the incident.

According to BMC sources, at least seven fire brigade vehicles, including ambulance and relief teams, were rushed to the spot. Part of the ground and structure of Ahmed building (commercial galas), a four-storeyed building, collapsed at Lokmanya Tilak marg, opposite to Commissioner of Police Office, Fort. The BMC officials also said that the entire building was evacuated and no injuries were reported in the incident.
