Jalna : Many people have settled abroad either for jobs as business but there are very few who think of their nation and really sweat to do something for their country or villages. Dilip Maske who is originally from Bhatepuri and has has settled in America, is one such person who has selected three villages Tupewadi, Chanegaon and Thigalkheda of Jalna district to make them cashless on experimental basis. With the help of an NGO- Centre for Cultural Rural Development (CARD) a proposal has been sent to gram panchayat to make these three villages cashless.
The villagers find it difficult to have cashless dealings and due to this agriculture financial dealing are becoming difficult. But, on the other hand there is a desperate effort on part of administration to create awareness about cashless dealings. There are reasons why it is difficult to have cashless dealings and they are the lack of smart phones and illiteracy.
Dilip Maske who is a psychologist in America, with the help of his friend Pukhraj Tayade, Milind Sawant will launch a campaign in village to create awareness about digital payment. The villagers are facing problem after demonetisation and so this campaign will be undertaken.
Under this campaign the farmers will be given mobiles and the villages will be laced by wi-fi. Dilip Maske informed that to provide wi-fi in villages the help of IT experts will be taken. The amount needed for the project will also be calculated.
