Five thousand homeless persons in Bhusaval town to be given free houses in PMAY- CM

Rs 6000 crore DPR of Mega Recharge Projects submitted to the Centre


Jalgaon : Under the PMAY scheme five thousand homeless persons of Bhusaval town will be provided free houses so that no one remains without house in the 75th year of independence as per the ambitious plan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis here on Thursday.

He was speaking after performing bhumipujan of various development works at a function held at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar ground here. Union MoS Defence Dr Subhash Bhamre, ZP President Ujjwala Patil, MP Rakshatai Khadse, Mayor Simatai Bhole, ex-minister and MLA Eknath Khadse, MLA Sanjay Saokare, Haribhau Javle, Suresh Bhole, Chainsukh Sancheti, Municipal President Raman Bhole, Jamner Municipal President Sadhanatai Mahajan, Collector Avinash Dhakne, ZP CEO Dr B N Patil, SP dattatreya Shinde were present on this occasion.

Chief Minister Fadanvis peformed bhumipujan of flyover on railway crossings at Sawada, Nimbhora, Bodwad to be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 31 crore, distributed identity cards to five beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharata scheme, dedicated RS 2.54 crore Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Garden, inaugurated administrative building at Bhusaval, and also inaugurated through remote control the garden made from local development fund of MLA Sanjay Saokare.

Fadnvis further said that 250 flyovers will be constructed on railway crossings in the state and bhumipujan of three such flyovers is being performed here. He said that during the tenure of PM Narendra Modi railways has done commendable work.

Chief Minister said that MP Raksha Khadse has reached 95 percent villages in her constituency in the last four and half years to understand the problems of the people and take mesures to solve them. He said that he was especially happy to release her activity report card of the past four and half years so that the people would know her commitment to the constituency.

He further said that mega recharge project would change the face of the Jalgaon district. A Rs 6000 cr. DPR has been presented and efforts would be made to get it sanctioned at the earliest. He described the Ayushman Bharat as one of the historical scheme launched by the Prime Minister to provide health insurance to 50 crore people. So far 19 lakh patients have taken benefit of this scheme. On the lines of Rahuri Agriculture University, a farm varsity will be set up in Jalgaon district so that the farmers would be benefitted. The government will take a decision regarding incomplete work related to state reserve police training, he added.

He further said that pension scheme for 12 crore workers in the unorganized sector has been launched and under this they will be getting Rs 3000 pm as pension. He said that PM Modi has launched Rs 75000 cr Kisan Sanman Yojana so that each deserving farmer will get Rs 6000 in his bank account. He said that PM has assured action against Pakistan-sponsored terrorists for attacking CRPF convoy in Pulwama in which 40 soldiers were martyred.

Union Minister Dr Bhamre praised MP Raksha Khadse for her work as a member of the constituency. Referring to Pulwama incident he said that the entire country is firmly behind the Prime Minsiter in this hour of crisis.

MP Raksha Khadse made the introductory remarks stating her efforts to solve the problems of the people. Former Minister Eknath Khadse batted for those affected people who had lost their houses due to railway project in Bhusaval town. They should be given free houses through PMAY he demanded. MLA Sanjay Saokare also spoke on the occasion. Tributes were paid to martyrs of Pulwama terror attack.
