Approval For City Water Supply From Amrit Yojana- Chief Minister

Nashik: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the proposal for developing water supply system in other areas including Gaothan in Nashik city under Amrit Yojana should be submitted . The Government will approve the same .

He was speaking at a review meeting organized in the Divisional Commissioner’s Office regarding the development of the city. He asked to considering the co-operation of the Central Government and other financial institutions for the Goda. project. Considering CNG buses instead of 200 diesel buses planned for city bus service, will help to reduce pollution.

Regarding green field development, a team of corporators and officials should go to Ahmedabad and study it. All the support will be done by the government about the development project of the Municipal Corporation. The CIDCO has been instructed about the feasibility of the metro.

Chief Minister Fadnavis also gave instructions that people should be interacted for the development of the city and try to increase the people’s involvement in development work.

Mr. Mundhe informed about the various development activities implemented in the city. On this occasion, electric crematorium and 55 online services of Municipal Corporation were released at the hands of the Chief Minister.
